1. Get more of essential 7 vitamins

2. Eat more protein

Squeeze out the juice from 3 potatoes and add a little bit of honey to it. Combine the mixture with one egg white and you will be left with a great hair mask. It will increase the hair growth naturally without use of any chemical.
