Winter can wreak havoc on the skin, particularly due to the cold weather and dry indoor heat. If you are struggling with dry skin, there are a variety of solutions that can help you bring back your summer glow in just a few simple steps. Listed below are 6 solutions that can help you bring balance back to your skin during the winter months.

  1. Moisturize

Moisture is the key to youthful and supple skin, and packing on some additional moisture in the winter can help protect and nourish your skin. Double up on your daily application of all-natural skin cream containing helpful ingredients such as Vitamin E and aloe vera. Vitamin E is a natural healer, and it deeply penetrates the skin, allowing for a healthy boost of moisture and protection. Aloe vera is commonly used to treat burns and skin irritations, and it contains a variety of vitamins and antioxidants that are essential to skin renewal and the healing process. Doubling up on your skin care cream application will help to provide an extra layer of protection as well as heal dry, chapped, winter skin.
